The Organising Committee and the Scientific Committee are planning to have the following publications:
A Book of Abstracts (with ISBN number) will include all the
abstracts of the ISEKI_Food 2018 Conference and of the 3rd Int. ISEKI_Food PhD workshop. A paper copy will be given to the participants and an
e-version will be made available to the registered participants after the conference. |

Several papers, selected by the Scientific Committee, will be invited to submit a full manuscript to the above listed journals. Manuscripts will be submitted to the Journal specific reviewing process.
