ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Only 2 abstracts per registered participant (oral or poster) will be accepted.

Very important: before you submit an abstract you have to register for the conference. If your abstract is rejected, you can cancel your registration without any cancellation fee.

Posters can be presented as conventional print-out (A0) on fire protection class B1 material (Posters on regular paper cannot be accepted due to very strict fire regulations), or as short oral presentation (approx. 3 minutes) in special sessions and an electronic version has to be prepared for the conference and additionally A4 leaflets of the poster can be distributed at the conference.

The abstract submission for the conference has an online procedure which has to be followed. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be accepted. All abstracts will undergo a reviewing process before acceptance. Abstracts for oral and poster presentations need to have between minimum 600 and maximum 2000 characters (no spaces).

Accepted abstracts will only be included in the book of abstracts as long as payment of the registration fees is completed by 3 June 2018. For Early Bird registrations payment must be completed by 25 April 2018.

Deadline for abstract submission: extended to 02 April 2018. Abstract submission will be closed at 2 April 2018, 23:59 German time!!!

ISEKI_Food Poster Awards
Additionally the poster presentations will undergo an evaluation process for the assignment of the "ISEKI_Food Poster Awards". Several Sponsors (Wiley, ISEKI-Food Association) have dedicated awards to selected poster presentations. Details you can find on the awards page.
