Conference delegates get a reduction of EUR 30 for workshop participation. Food-STA B2U/B2B Workshop....free Joint TRAFOON - Food-STA Training Workshop on Enterpreneurship....free The conference fees include the entrance to the conference, book of abstracts, Welcome Reception on the first day of the conference, lunch on 7 July, as well as all coffee breaks.The conference dinner has to be reserved and paid separately (EUR 50.- including Dinner and drinks).
Student fees apply for only for participants with a valid student ID. A copy of the valid student ID has to be uploaded during the online registration process. Online registration is mandatory! Please click here to register online. If you register on site an additional fee of EUR 50.- will apply. Please be aware that if you register for Early Bird rates, your payment has to be completed by 20 April 2016. Cancellation policy: Cancellation has to be done by e-mail to the Conference secretariat. Cancellation until 6 May 2016 - full refund (less EUR 50.- handling fee). Cancellation until 6 June 2016 - 50% refund. Cancellation after 6 June 2016 no refund at all. |
