Student fees apply for only for participants with a valid student ID. A copy of the valid student ID has to be uploaded during the online registration process. Online registration is mandatory! Please be aware that if you register for Early Bird rates, your payment has to be completed by 20 April 2016. Cancellation policy: Cancellation has to be done by e-mail to the Conference secretariat. Cancellation until 6 May 2016 - full refund (less EUR 50.- handling fee). Cancellation until 6 June 2016 - 50% refund. Cancellation after 6 June 2016 no refund at all.
