Certificate of attendance / Certificate of presentation:
from 5 July 2018 until 31 July 2018 you candownload your Certificate of Attendance / Certificate of presentation from your conference account. Under "Registration" you will find the Certificate of Attendance and under "My Abstract" you will find the Certificate(s) of presentation. After clicking on those links, the Certificates are automatically downloaded for printing.
For downloading invoices you have to log as well to your conference account and then go to "Payments & Invoices". Click on "Create invoice" for each of the 2 payments (registration & dinner) and then "Create". Then they will be able to download the 2 invoices with the amount paid.

Please be aware that if you register for Early Bird rates, your payment has to be completed by 25 April 2018.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation has to be done by e-mail to the Conference secretariat.
Cancellation until 4 May 2018 - full refund (less EUR 50.- handling fee).
Cancellation until 8 June 2018 - 50% refund.
Cancellation after 8 June 2018 no refund at all.
Special reductions:
- Members of Scientific Committee: no deadline for Early Bird fee, Conference Dinner free.
- ISEKI-Food Association National Representatives / Deputies: 2018 IFA-membership fee (EUR 50.-) will be waived.
Photographic, audio and video recordings will be made by the conference organisers. By registering to the ISEKI_Food 2018 and by entering the event premises, you give consent to the use of your photograph, likeness and video or audio recordings in which you appear, whole or in part, without restriction or limitation, for any educational, promotional or distribution purpose.
In the unlikely event that ISEKI-Food Association shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. ISEKI-Food Association shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
