Who Should Attend

The conference will promote constructive dialogue and collaboration on relevant topics on Food Science and Technology, Industry and Education, by providing an international forum for researchers, education scientists, technologists, students, food consumers and the wider community.


Conference topics

The conference will include three main sessions:

  • Session 1: New Skills for New Jobs. This session is open to contributions on the needs and perspectives in Food Studies in a changing world.

  • Session 2: New Tools for Research and Food Process Innovation. Innovative research and process aspects will be presented and discussed.

  • Session 3:   Food for Wellbeing: an International Perspective. This session will be focused and open to contributions on the different meanings and roles that food has nowadays in our life and in the different societies all over the world.

With the support of the ISEKI_Food Association, the conference comprises two parallel workshops, coordinated by the ISEKI_Food network:

-  Quality Standards in Food Studies

-  Food Professional Regulation in EU
