The ISEKI_Food conference organisation has achieved the important goal to publish the presentations (both oral and poster) at the venue, on Special Issues of peer-reviewed International Journals. All abstracts will be included in the conference Book of Abstracts (with ISBN number) that will be edited and distributed to all the conference participants.

Currently we agreed to have the following special issues:

1. Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture
   

Guest Editors: Paola Pittia and Gerhard Schleining

- Deadline for submission: 15^th October at the following link http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jsfa-wiley

All papers must be submitted according to the instructions for authors of the journal using the online system at the link aforementioned and mention the Special Issue of the 2^nd ISEKI_Food conference in the paper’s covering letter.

NOTES

        a) The guest editors would like to invite authors of the presentations given in sessions 2 and 3 to submit their manuscripts to this Special Issue.

        b) As a maximum number of papers could be published in the issue, a preliminary selection of the potential manuscripts based on the abstracts will be performed if the number of interested is over 25. To this aim, interested authors are invited to send an email to Paola Pittia ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) as soon as possible and not later that the 31^st August 2011, in order to have a preliminary list of papers that will be submitted according to the planned deadline.

All papers must be submitted according to the instructions for authors of the journal using the online system at the link aforementioned and mention the Special Issue of the 2^nd ISEKI_Food conference  in the paper’s covering letter.

NOTES

      a) The guest editors would like to invite authors of the presentations given in session 2 to submit their manuscripts to this Special Issue.

      b) A preliminary selection of the potential manuscripts based on the abstracts in order to fit the topics of the journal.
